Who's Who at Hampton Arts

Norma celebrates 21 years with the City of Hampton this year. She was in the City Manager’s office until joining the theatre staff in October 2001. Norma keeps the business affairs of Hampton Arts running smoothly. She has two lovely daughters, Stephanie and Margaret Ann. Her grandson, Zachary, is her pride and joy. In her free time, Norma enjoys reading and gardening at her home in Carrollton, Isle of Wight County.
